About the Course

This three-part course combines observation and roleplay into an effective training resource to help elevate your coaching proficiency. Participants start by observing three different coaching meetings. This is followed by a demonstration of how to manage some of the most common excuses. True learning doesn't happen without practice. That's why the third step uses an AI roleplay simulator to help learners apply and execute those new skills. Participants will receive a report providing strengths, weaknesses, talk/listen ratio, pace, filler words, and overall score.
